The top 750 cell-cycle regulate genes are presented in order of their peak expression. The top panel represents genes which were also identified in Rustici et al. Below is the set of genes uniquely discovered in this study. Colored bars to the left of the matrix indicate the cluster to which a gene belongs, where applicable.
